The project time/log is a visual expedition and celebration of individual liferhythms.
It’s goal is to show the great variety how humans use their time, aswell as to confront
people with their use of time. At it’s core timelog is an artwork authored by everyone
willing to participe. Timelog audiovisually and reflects one day in your live. A website
with integrated software and database is the platform of the project.
The user can download a simple “hour-diary” as tool to analyze his use of time:
one day he documents “what he does”. Selected categories are sleep, body, work,
home, ways, media, culture, sport, talk, hobby, eat, relax and love. The collected and
entered data creates a graphic that can be printed. With the help of various search
functions it’s possible to compare various demographic facts. On top there is your
individual sound-file as mp3 created (the sound of your day) that can be downloaded
and shared with friends and family.

Project time/log is an interactive tool to analyze oneself on hand, but it can be also
interpreted as a piece of art that collects and visualizes different liferhythms.
