I’ve been exploring a co-creation model that is additive, where each step builds on what came before. I prototyped a collaborative drawing tool where a human and an AI take turns sketching on a shared canvas, gradually unfolding a visual story. It is inspired by the game of passing a sheet of paper back and forth, each person adding to the drawing.
The human starts with a doodle. The AI interprets it, shares its perspective, and adds the next element, nudging the story forward. Each turn introduces a small surprise.
The drawing and narrative evolve together. Not fully controlled, not fully predictable, but shaped through a shared back and forth.
